Industrial Training

Train the people who run the plant

Over seventy industrial courses in power generation, oil & gas, LNG, electrical systems, safety, project delivery and training capability — designed and taught by engineers who have commissioned, operated and repaired the equipment they teach.

Our approach

Engineering knowledge, taught as operational judgement

Most technical training explains how equipment works. Ours explains what it costs when it doesn’t. Every programme links engineering systems to operational risk, safety and financial impact — built from real plant cases, failure investigations and commissioning campaigns rather than textbooks.

Each course is tagged by competence level, so you place every person where they belong and can build a path from a three-day fundamentals course to a four-week mastery programme.

LEVEL 2

Core Competence & Fundamentals

Technicians & operators

Principles, safety basics, components and standard troubleshooting. The foundation everyone on the floor needs.

LEVEL 3

Technical Optimisation & Advanced Engineering

Engineers & supervisors

Performance tuning, diagnostics, OEM-specific systems and reliability strategy. Where availability is actually won.

LEVEL 4

Strategic Mastery & Integrated Management

Managers & directors

Lifecycle management, complex outage execution and cross-functional integration across the whole asset.

Flagship

Integrated mastery programmes

Multi-week deep dives for people who will own the asset, not just operate it. Delivered as a single cohort with case work, plant visits and assessment.

GTINT401

Gas Turbine Integrated Programme

Complete mastery of gas turbine operation, maintenance, outage management and performance optimisation.

Capability building

Or let us build your academy instead

Buying courses solves this year. Building an internal training function solves the next ten. We qualify your own senior engineers, maintenance leads and HSE staff as certified internal trainers, and put the structure around them — course architecture, budgeting, scheduling and contracting.

It is the most effective answer we know to the problem every industrial employer now shares: the people who hold the knowledge are retiring, and nobody wrote it down.

Delivered with our Helsinki-based training partner, working to Finnish education and training standards, and adapted to industrial context by our own engineers.

  • Certified internal trainers. Your experts qualified to design and deliver training to a defined standard.
  • Training-function build-out. Half-day, full-day and multi-day course architecture, budgets, team sizing and vendor contracting.
  • Knowledge capture. Structured transfer of what your retiring workforce knows, before it leaves the gate.
  • Structured mentoring. Apprentices, graduate engineers and new supervisors placed on a measurable path instead of ad-hoc shadowing.
  • Technical communication. Presentation, reporting and documentation skills for engineers working in English.
Delivery

Where and how we run it

Standard courses run three to five days; flagship programmes run two to four weeks. Every programme can be tailored to your equipment, your procedures and your incident history.

On-site at your plant

Delivered against your own equipment, procedures and shift pattern — the format most clients choose.

European classroom

Open and closed cohorts at venues across Europe, with cross-company peer exchange.

Virtual & blended

Live instructor-led sessions for distributed teams, blended with on-site practical work where it matters.

Tailored programmes

Built around a specific gap — a commissioning campaign, a turnaround, a new asset, a failure you don’t want repeated.

Certification & standards — what we do and don’t issue

SEBridge issues a certificate of attendance and a competence record for every programme. Where a course leads to a third-party credential — EN ISO 9712 for NDT personnel, EWF/IIW for welding, NEBOSH or IOSH for occupational safety — we deliver the preparatory training alongside the accredited certification body, and we name that body before you commit.

Our safety programmes build company competence and hazard awareness for your own procedures. Several safety subjects — first aid, scaffolding and work at height among them — are certificated nationally in most European states; where you need that certificate rather than the competence, we will tell you and point you to the right national provider.

Likewise, our electrical programmes build engineering, design and O&M competence. They are not a substitute for national electrical-safety authorisation such as DGUV Information 209-093 in Germany or NF C 18-510 in France, which must come from a nationally recognised provider. We say so plainly at scoping rather than after you have booked.

Enquire

Tell us the gap. We’ll scope the programme.
